Route One Pathway exists to bring clarity and structure to football and education ecosystems. We combine recruitment expertise, operational understanding, and real-world experience to support sustainable growth across the game.
Having moved from the U.S. to the U.K. to pursue both education and football, Matthew has experienced first-hand the structural gaps that exist between ambition and clarity.
Since then, he has progressed from international student to senior leadership and advisory roles within non-league football and higher education, serving as club chairman, director of football, and strategic consultant.
Route One Pathway was built from direct operational involvement, not theory. It exists to bring structure, alignment, and long-term thinking to football and education ecosystems where clarity is often missing.
